- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Second time this year my debt card was flagged and turned off because the bank suspected fraud. This time for a recurring payment. Couldn't they look and see that I had been paying this for a long time. Yes, they are doing their job, but it was very difficult to get things straight. This time I had to call three times, and then they couldn't turn the card back on, because they said it was stolen, even when I went to the branch and showed them I had the card. Waiting a week already to get a new debt card. Meanwhile other recurring payments are declined, because they were tied to the card. Frustrated! Of course the customer service people were polite, but not able to fix anything.By Barb Wright, September 29, 2016
