  The staff at drivetime Pelham are an awesome bunch. Carlo was amazing and very professional. Tony was very helpful as well with setting up all my apps for me. Not to mention that buying my car was not an all day process. I was in and out in a timely manner. Thanks guys you all rock!

  Carlo exhibits everything that a leader should be. I observed even him picking up a paperclip and place it in the trash. The details truly matter and he shows that. Anthony and Eli were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The show room was clean and with all lights on in and well lit. The operation presented well from the parking lot to the bathrooms. Excellent buying experience. Superb customer service.

  I spent a couple of hours this morning at the Pelham location to get me a new vehicle. It was super early and all of their staff had not arrived yet so Carlo the General Manager worked with me. Super amazing customer service skills, and explained everything so well. Brittany also worked with me some and she was precious! I could not be more happy with my visit today. I had read a bunch of stuff online, so I went in kind of nervous, but after about 10 minutes working with Carlo, I felt as cool as a cucumber. Thank you guys!!!!!! Amy
